Idea for the old Walmart building

how about a $1 theatre. get movies just before they come out on DVD. Make a grill inside too. good country cooking is where you could make your money. people might even call up and order take-out if they don't want to see a movie.

I would like to see some kind of factory or something that would create 200 or so jobs. Lets see if Mr. Boucher or Mr. Phillips tries anything like this. I highly doubt it...

Yeah, the old track at the old Lowes in JC was nice. Too bad its not available anymore.

I've heared Target tried to get it but Wal-Mart would not sell to them.

walmart doesn't own that building. It's up for rent. If Target wanted it, they could get it really easy.

Walmart does own it I thought, Walmart Realty is who you are supposed to call right?

Walmart doesn't own the building but I bet they still have a lease on it, so they will have some say on who will be able to get it. I don't know for sure though, just my thoughts.

To be honest I would like the old building be turned into a youth site. A place where young kids to go and have something to do. A place where there is no drug or drinking would be allowed. just a place where they could hang out and have good clean fun.
